Valek Ixia

Well, I hope this manip isn't too bad... I needed some sort of reference for Valek while I was reading, and I thought of ~Johawna's lovely deviation Ninja III, and decided to try and change the model's features so as to fit Valek's description. First I only intended to do it for myself, but then when it didn't turn out horrendous, I thought others might like it as well, since there are so few depictions of his character available.
